Just north of Denver, Colorado in the shadow of the Rockies.  All artwork is original works by me, no AI, just a pencil, or a tablet and too many ideas in my head.

SHIPPING:

Your order ships direct from the print provider closest to your shipping address.  Typical lead time for production before shipping is 1-3 days.  You will receive tracking as soon as your products are ready to go.

Please note, if you order multiple items, sometimes they come from different locations, so you may receive more than one shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

While we don't currently offer custom orders on the site.  We are happy to work with you to create the perfect product or gift.  Drop an email and let's see what we can come up with!

RETURN POLICY:

The Blue Haven uses print on demand partners, which means that all products are unique and made to order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer you a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact page or email at bluehavengrahics@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
